The tourist tax of 1.50 USD per person, per day (this does not apply to children) is charged on the above prices.
The rates are VAT (18%) inclusive.
No fee is charged for accommodation or meals for children between the ages of 0 - 4 who are sharing the room with their parents.
Children between the ages of 5 - 12 will be charged half-price rate for accommodation and meals unless the meal is specified in the menu as children’s meal thus it will remain the same charge.
To Confirm a reservation, we require a deposite of 50% (40% for STO offers) of the total quoted price.Booking are Considered confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit.
During check-in and regstration,Guests must present proof of payment (POP).
Final payments may be made on-site eitherin cash (USD $ or TSH) or by deposting the remaining amount into our bank account, as was done for thr initial deposit.
If a reservation is canceled within 30 days before arrival date, the deposit will be charged as cancellation fee. In all other cases, there are no fees for canceling a reservation.
